If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 nutrition coaching might be the right step for you. Working with a personalized approach can help address your individual needs and challenges. We will work to address your nutritional adequacy by assessing your diet for macro and micronutrient needs, barriers to change, evidence based guidance on supplements, nutrition support, and relationship with food.

Fees

Pay as you go:

  • 1:1 Initial Consultation = 150 Euro/session (60 min)

  • 1:1 Review Appointments = 85 Euro/session (30 min)

  • Breastfeeding/Lactation Support = 75/session (60min)

Insurance Cover

I am Registered Dietitian in the USA and through CORU in Ireland and also a member of INDI. I am covered under most major Irish insurer, so please check with your plan for coverage details.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are pre-paid and require a 24 hour notification for cancellation or reschedule. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds given for missed appointments without a 24 hour notification. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact nutriexplained@gmail.com or use your reschedule link emailed in your appointment reminder.
