Hi, I’m Mallory.

A home grown native of Phoenix, Arizona, USA, I have cultivated over 15 years of experience working in various aspects of nutrition. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelors and Masters in Human Nutrition, I am a Registered Dietitian in both the US and Ireland.

In the US, I taught Principles of Human Nutrition at Phoenix College, worked for many years at Remuda Ranch inpatient eating disorder facility, and later moved into child and maternal health working as both a Dietitian and an International Breastfeeding and Lactation Consultant.

In Ireland, I have worked for both the Health Service Executive (HSE) and privately, specialising in Bariatric support, eating disorders, and managing an incredible group of Dietitians practicing a range of nutrition support. I also work with various institutions and companies such as Google in offering talks and 1:1 coaching for their employees. I am passionate about helping people with their food journey through all of life’s phases.

When I’m not at work, you can catch me on a stage or film set. I love acting and moved to Ireland to pursue a degree from the prestigious Lir Academy. My love of the arts has kept me in Ireland where I work as a professional actor and Dietitian.

My Approach

Most of my work focuses on eating behaviours. Eating is the most complex thing we do, and we do it multiple times every day. I can help you optimize your nutrition goals, understand how other aspects of your daily life impact your relationship with food, and help you work through barriers to a healthier you.

1:1 Consultations

  • I use a variety of nutrition counseling approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Intuitive Eating, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, to provide Patient Centred Care.

  • We will create goals together that focus on your priorities and I will provide educated guidance.

Talks/Seminars

  • I can provide talks or specialized webinars. Previous companies have requested bespoke talks for health eating, eating on a budget, gut health, and nutrition for the family. In Ireland, I have been a speaker at Airfield Estate, Trinity College Dublin, and Irish Coalition of People Living with Obesity.
