Creamy Broccoli Quiche

This creamy broccoli quiche provides a balanced meal filled with protein, fibre, phytochemicals, Vitamins A and K, biotin, and minerals like calcium.

Ingredients

Small head of broccoli chopped

4 large eggs

1c cheddar cheese

3/4c milk

1/4c buttermilk (optional, you can do 1 c regular milk)

2 gloves garlic minced

puff pastry pie crust

1/8tsp or to taste: salt/pepper/dried Italian herbs

Preheat oven to 375F/200C. Pre-bake puff pastry pie crust for 8-10min using a baking weight.

Step 1: Mix eggs and milk/buttermilk. Add garlic, broccoli, cheese, salt/pepper/herbs.

Step 2: Add filling into par-baked pastry pie.

Step 3: Bake for 35-45 min or until you can insert toothpick and comes out clean

Serving size: 1/4 pie
